Watch the third presidential debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.
Find two fallacies - see Fallacy guide given in class
List the name of the fallacy and tell me when it occurred during the debate, tell me what was said and why it was the fallacy that you selected.
Then choose a particular moment in the debate and track the claim, and logic used to answer the question given by the moderator. Tell me your opinion - not of the person speaking but your opinion of their response to the question. Feel free to tell me how it could be improved if necessary. What could the candidate have said that would make the response logically sound. If they happened to have had a logical response please map the response using Toulmins model: Claim, Grounds, Warrant
I would prefer to NOT know which candidate you are supportive of so please mask any indication of your preference. This should be a critique not an endorsement for the presidency.
